Happy Easter! And Happy Dyngus day! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We sure did. It was lots of fun visiting family. The kids had fun with Easter and were absolutely amazing in church especially going to the 7:30 pm Easter Vigil mass on Saturday after a full day of activity. Now we are off an running on another busy week. We had a small gathering to celebrate the polish holiday – Dyngus day. So my house has smelled like sauerkraut and sausage all day. I am hoping it has ‘aired’ out by tomorrow. haha. Well have a great well. Sorry I’m a day late.
The weather: Chilly but it is going to be warming up soon. YAY!!!On my reading pile: 1-2-3 Magic and Beautiful Creatures…I am slowly making my way through them.
On my TV: 30 Rock.

Monday – Sauerkraut & Sausage
Tuesday – Leftovers
Wednesday – Hamburgers

Friday – Fajitas
Saturday – leftover
Sunday – we will see how the day goes.
On my to do list: Laundry, Cleaning, order my bridesmaid dress.
My "projects" for the week: Sew two baptismal gowns..nothing like waiting until two weeks prior to actually start making them.

What I am cooking: Polish food. I had two crock pots going with sauerkraut and sausage to celebrate Dyngus Day.
Looking around the house: Fairly clean for having a party and kids running around.
Highlight of the past weekend: Easter celebrations with our family.
Looking forward to this week: Continuing my 28 Days to Great barre3 workout.
